The whole story in a nutshell
My experience was less than pleasant. The room was unclean, and I was given a smoking room despite requesting non-smoking. There was hair in the shower and stains on the bedding. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.

missingWrote a review on Nov 23dog friendlycomfortable bedlive musicshabby condition
Travelers with dogs find a welcome here, complete with dog biscuits at the front desk. The bed provided decent comfort, and the Saturday bluegrass music in the lobby added a touch of local charm.
The overall vibe feels outdated, with a persistent smell of cigarettes even in supposedly non-smoking rooms. Sheets bore holes from cigarette burns, and the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning, as the tub had visible dirt. Breakfast options felt limited with reheated biscuits and donuts that lacked freshness. Notably, the poorly lit parking lot gave off an uneasy feeling of safety.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating! 😊 The breakfast had decent options, but the room could use a bit more cleanliness. Overall a fair stay, just a bit outdated in decor.

Had a fantastic time with friends during our stay! We loved our round of golf at StoneCrest championship course and the local spots we checked out. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring. Just make sure to set expectations about the room's condition before arriving.
We did experience a delay in getting towels when we checked in, which was a bit frustrating.

Here’s why it’s a mixed review
The staff was exceptionally accommodating, catering to our family's needs and providing clean rooms daily. The self-serve breakfast bar pleased the kids, making mornings enjoyable.
The hotel appeared outdated, with significant wear and tear. The lingering smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable and less than pleasant, especially on the third floor.

Friendly staff made the stay bearable
Check-in was super smooth thanks to the friendly guy at the front desk. We got a room that didn’t smell great at first, but they moved us quickly. The bathroom could use some help, though, and there was a water leak in the ceiling. Breakfast was simple but decent!

I found the place quite comfortable for my needs. The small breakfast had some decent options, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. However, the bathroom could really use some updates.

missingWrote a review on Jul 27friendly staffcomfortable bedpoor rugbad breakfastoutdated feel
I appreciated the friendly staff during my stay. They helped me with my check-in and made me feel welcome right away. The bed felt comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, which I really liked. However, my experience took a turn when I found my room in poor condition. The bathroom had a loose spigot sticking out and calking that looked like a bad DIY job. The water temperature control didn’t work well. It took a while for hot water to come through. Also, the rug seemed dirty and had stains on the blanket. Another negative was the general feel of the hotel. It felt outdated, and there was an unpleasant smell in my room. Breakfast options were quite limited and not very appealing. The front parking area felt poorly lit, which made it a bit unsettling at night. I think they need to address these issues for a better experience.
